The Tennis Department at P. J. Hindu Gymkhana continues to make great strides both in infrastructure and performance. Over the past year, several key developments have been implemented to enhance the playing experience for our members and players.
Key Developments & Upgrades
- Installation of brand-new flood lights, enabling evening and night play with improved visibility.
- Resurfacing of both tennis courts, ensuring better playability and safety.
- With the combination of resurfaced courts and upgraded lighting, the overall tennis experience at our gymkhana has been significantly elevated.
Jumbled Doubles – Home Tournament
There was a very good response and about 35 members participated in the Home gala. Winners and Runners-up

Team Achievements
Our Tennis Team delivered an exceptional performance throughout the year, showcasing skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship across various tournaments.
- In the Belani Cup organized by Khar Gymkhana, our team reached the semi-finals after topping Group C — earning a place among the top 4 teams in Mumbai.
- In the prestigious MSLTA Tournament, the team secured the 5th position, ranking among the top 6 teams in Mumbai.
- With the combination of resurfaced courts and upgraded lighting, the overall tennis experience at our gymkhana has been significantly elevated.
