We sincerely appreciate the focus, dedication, and efforts of our Managing Committee team.

Over the past year, many important issues were taken up and successfully resolved, including:

• Completion of repair and relaying work of the parking lot, creating a smooth and convenient facility for our members.
• Renovation of the Reception area, providing a proper waiting space for members.
• Renovation of the Gymkhana Office, which has been appreciated by all members visiting the office.
• Organising various sports and fitness events for members, while keeping the financial burden on Gymkhana funds minimal.
• Regular follow-ups with our lawyer, Shri Vivek Kantawala, regarding the recovery suit filed in the City Civil Court and the writ petition filed in the Hon'ble High Court concerning our Fixed Deposit matter.
• Follow-ups with Shri Vivek Kantawala regarding compensation for the acquisition of 575 sq. meters of land by the Collector for the Coastal Road project, and successfully getting the lease renewal order passed with a rebate in lease amount for this portion over the last four years.
• Progressing to the final stages of recovery from BMC for our compensation claim relating to the period when our Gymkhana premises were used as a Covid Centre.
• Follow-ups with the Income Tax department and securing a refund order for Assessment Year 2024-25 amounting to Rs. 24,36,000/-.
